I'm a Humanist Wedding Celebrant, accredited by Humanists UK, and I simply LOVE love.

I love that Rachel got off the plane, I love Meredith and McDreamy's post-it note, I love that Big followed Carrie to Paris, I love that Johnny got Baby out of the corner and I will never recover from The Notebook.
​
But in my experience, real life love stories are even better than the fictional ones. I love watching the faces of my brides and grooms when they hear their own unique story told at their wedding. I love helping couples to create their perfect ceremony, even when they have no idea where to start. And I love when I announce a new married couple to the cheers and tears of their friends and families.

What is a Humanist Ceremony?
The Humanist philosophy encourages us to make the most of our own lives, to embrace our shared values and to respect the choices, faiths and beliefs of others. It encourages us to care deeply for each other, to respect the beauty and wonder of the natural world around us and to choose to live each day on this earth as fully and joyfully as possible.

A Humanist Ceremony allows you to celebrate your love for each other, in your own words, in your own way. Everything in your ceremony will be chosen by you, mean something to you and tell your love story.

About Me
I'm a wee Scottish lass, originally from Edinburgh and now living in Belfast with my lovely hubby and our two boys, a tractor-loving three year old and "the wrecking ball". I'm an entirely outnumbered Mum of boys and I love it.
I'm naturally nosey and love a good story, two of the best attributes for a Celebrant. I've been an independent Wedding Planner since 2013, working with couples from all over the world and I know the wedding industry inside out. Now, as a Celebrant, I get to live my dream of being responsible for the most important part of the day, the "I Do's".
